Missing MMS Option

I have been going crazy searching for the reason why I can't go beyond step 3. I have internet and i can receive text message but can't send or receive picture messages. I have install Arcsoft tried to edit Arcsoft with task manager but i guess I'm not that smart. Connect via: SELECT THE CONNECTION YOU SETUP ABOVE
Send limit: 500K

I can't go pass this step because MMS Option is not available. I have install Mighty Rom 4 because I have window mobile 6.1

Please help, I'm so helpless

Who is your carrier Sprint or Metro
