Update: After reading the thread on XDA, it looks like there are still quite a bit of issues cooking this into a kitchen. Sorry to get anyone's hopes up.

it's also a buggy build. i have the proper initflashfiles.dat to get it working, but it's best to wait for build 1920.xxxx (same build on the public release of leo).
