Cant seem to locate the Tweaker for htc touch pro

I had to hard reset my phone , looking for the tweaker that let you set, sound, Md of rom or ram, page fileing etc , it was nice alot of stuff to play with

advance config, ty sry , altell sent me this new replacement phone , and the firmware is all messed up, its not accepting any changes , unlike my old htc touch pro took to u fine
