Roms compatible with USCC?

do you know where's a good copy of arcsoft for uscc that works good for you on these custom roms?

try out the 5.2.1.22 I have had great success with it on my tp and tp2

need one already setup for uscc. noob friendly. ha. i have found a couple uscc arcsoft cabs floating around, but they don't work. give error on sending or receiving.

lmfao, good luck, no such thing as a noob friendly arcsoft, that one is the easiest one I have worked with.

lol. there's noob friendly ones for sprint, alltel, verizon. why not uscc dang it. lol. thanks though man.

Is arcsoft the program people use to get MMS to work? Do they have to be specific to carrier?

yes its a messaging program, I don't believe they have to be carrier specific, but I can be mistaken.

no problemo, just out of curiosity what version of arcsoft is the noob friendly one for the carriers mentioned above?

well, the one you mentioned (5.2.1.22) works great on all carriers i mentioned, but it's setup for sprint, so if you want to use it on other carriers, you have to go in and change the server settings. you can get an arcsoft cab setup for verizon or alltel in post#5 of the mightyrom thread. but those are a little older (5.0.69.44)

I had to laugh when I read this one. I found a uscc friendly arcsoft some were and thought great. After a week of bugs,bumps, and head banging, I deleted it ,installed a sprint version, manually set up the server and had no problems. I thing USCC hate arcsoft or visa-versa.

If it helps the manual mms sever settings are:
gateway is blank
port is 80
Server Address is http://mmsc1.USCC.net/mmsc/MMS

The settings are found at:
All Messages>Menu>MMS Options>Servers

Just hit new and make sure you set as default when done.
