After installing arcsoft's MMS cab

Now whenever I read a text message, it stays unread and says that I have an unread message, and it will accumulate up throughout my whole conversation... It said I had 29 unread texts although I was texting back and forth with someone..?? Never had this issue before just kinda curious if this is a reg hack I can take care of or should I erase and reinstall the cab... I just like being able to SMS/MMS in the same message that's why I opted for this... Thanks...

what version are you using? 5.0 or 5.2? I've read of people having that problem with 5.2 or on specific roms. It happens to me also when i just leave the conversation window open, but after i respond, then close the window, the counter will reset.

This is a known "fix" in the new ROM. It's crap, there's a cab you can install do a search for LOSER something on this board. Nevermind, found the thread:
