microsoft tellme app working on touch pro!!!!!

hmmm, app dont work for me, i have net3.7 and 3.5 but tapping tell me icon does nothing.

I thought I had 3.5 installed already but tellme.exe would not install.

I install the 3.5 cab included, tried to install again and tellme installed fine and now it's working.

don't know, maybe installing the specific 3.5 cab by OP would help or not..

just installed the app on my TP my rom is the Psyki 0918 version and it works.

Thoughts so far its pretty good at the search function but cant get it to call anyone every time i say "call ___" it makes up some weird phrase and searches for it, like call home became cold rome.

Also I wish it would have worked with google search instead of Bing i guess im just used to using google cuz Bing aint that bad but im just used to the google format and all.

guys this came of the samsung intrepid so..............

1. it supposed to only work on 6.5 roms (thats why it works with netcf 3.5)

2. some features such as bluetooth may not work.

but the main thing is that speech to text works as well as search, so thats a start for now

Doesn't work on a ROM based on RZ's kitchen, build 23069.

Can't install .NET CF 3.5 - says newer version already exists.

Bummer.

Which ROM are you running?

I'm running EnergyROM and I cannot get it to work =(

Running Mighty rom 6 final, doesn't work. Attempted to install the included .net and got the "a newer version of this already exist' notification. I just did a hard reset about a week ago so not to many things are tweaked on my TP right now. Bummer, looks like cool software but I guess I will just wait for the official release.

I posted this in a different thread, but it may help here also. ive tried the tellme app on 3 roms. It didnt work on dcd 2.16 rom. But it did work on juicy8 rom and jd's clean beta rom. bummer for me, i like dcd's the best.

Well there is something to be said for not using a custom rom. Tellme works just fine on my updated TP stock rom with no problems. I would rather be able to run programs rather that "gain" a little extra performance.
