Re: Asurion replacing TP with TP2
No luck for me, called at 6:00 a.m. pacific. Told the csr that my sprint repair center was replacing tp's with comparable phones, but mine was water damaged (true). She said no, so I said I needed time to decide to do the claim.
Called again at 10:00 a.m. pacific. For this csr I pretended I had done an online order and gotten the touch pro 2 as an option. I asked him if it had gone through. He helped me out, but he said it wasn't giving him any other options other than the TP so I told him I'd keep trying online. He did sound like he was trying ha ha.
I try to do it online, but when I make a claim it asks for me to call in to further verify my account before I even get to phone options.
Anyone have any luck today? I'm thinking of getting a replacement TP through asurion and if it works, good for me, if it ends up having hardware issues again, can I just go through a Sprint repair center even though it's an asurion replacement?
