Grrrr...
Had my TP for just over a year and the USB charging port quit. No way to fix. Went to two different Sprint stores, each of them an hour south of where I live (they are the closest). Couldn't replace with another TP as none available. They checked all the local stores, none. To their credit, the rep tried his best to get Telesales/Asurion to authorise a replacement at the store with a TP 2 but was told in so many ways that couldn 't be done due to some technicality, even though the folks on the other end agreed that would make more sense. Called Asurion and they replaced with a REFURBISHED TP plus charged me the $100 deductible. What a rip.
