since my date of loss of my mogul was way back in july when alltel was still around, they are tellin me they can only send me an alltel fone = alltel has no touch pro 2 =( that sucks!

push the issue, in my neck of the woods alltel in now verizon and big red has Touch Pro 2s. The key to getting this is persistence and politness. and whatever you do, dont call your cell provider, just call asurion directly.

Well here alltel is now verizon too but they told me that since my date of loss was in july b4 alltel merged with verizon, that the computer will only let them select an alltel fone... now that i think about it THAT IS BS!!! They said they could send me a ppc6800 (alltel) or a xv6800 (verizon) so i am def calling back and talking to another supervisor right now.

that's sad but ironic...verizon was pushing verizon tps instead of alltel tps but now they are saying you can only get an alltel replacement..interesting!

What's the difference in calling Sprint and Calling Asurion? Why would you call one over the other?

i called sprint but that's another thread. asurion is insurance whereas sprint wants happy, bill-paying customers!
