the kyboard coming off isnt considered physical damage... if you caused it yes...

physical damage is any damage deemed not to affect the phones functionality, a keyboard fallin off, def affects your phone..

I am just a noob, but i am really pleased with the platform we have to work off of, i started with a 6700 and it was bricked, then i went to samsung and what a mistake...lol, if i dont get a TP 2 then so be it, but i will be down a handset for about 3 days.

I would say try again and again, but never make it too obvious that you are after a TP2. without going straight, go around :)

just checked the Asurion site and it claims they still have them in stock. hummm interesting. so maybe you have to proceed with the claim in order to get the TP2?

and don't act like you want an upgrade. just praise your phone while talking about the problems with it. don't say you don't want another one or anything like that. let them mention the tp2 and then be nonchalant about accepting it!
