PLZ HELP A NOOB, need 2 revert but can't bc USB busted

I am sorry to bother you all, but i have looked but can't find out to install STOCK Sprint ROM ON A SD card (not on usb cable activesync bc my port is BUSTED). I know there is a relocker, but that wont get me stock.

Thanks in advance for any help to a cab file.
