Refurb Sprint TP: Stock or sloppy refurb?

So I picked up my replacement refurbed TP today and I notice it has the Diamond's/HD's Slide to Answer, NFL Mobile Live, and NASCAR already on there. Also has extended options in the after call menu that shows stuff like "Do not ask again" in addition to Save to Contacts. Is this stock now or is this a sloppy refurb where the last user changed stuff and they never cared to reset the thing?

Also does things like showing the HTC logo instead of the Opera logo when you start Opera.

It has the new sprint rom already on it, I picked up my refurb yesterday and its the same as yours.
