MMS and US Cellular

I need to set up the server info with my HTC Touch Pro using the SSK ROM. But I can't seem to get any help from USC because I am not using a Stock Rom. Can anyone help me with the following info?

Server Name: US Cellular

Gateway:

Port Number:

Server Address:

Connect Via: The Internet

Send Limit: 500k

WAP Version: WAP 2.0

That is the info I have and what I need. So can anyone help me?

Gateway should be blank.
Port is 80
Server Address is http://mmsc1.USCC.net/mmsc/MMS
Connect Via is the name of your broadband supplier, so it's Internet, US Cellular, etc. Send Limit is 500K. Forget the wap.

thanks for replying, I had tried this setting, but it failed. So I don't know if it is the SSK ROM or something else. Thanks again, out of 4 different sites, I got a response here.

OK It works almost.... I can send now, and receive. But I can't see the picture. I did the first time, but after that I can't get it back. I had another pic sent to me, I can see there is an attachment, but can't open it. Any ideas?
