Sprint replacing Touch Pro with Touch Pro 2!

my Touch Pro actually started overheating last week, shortly after I read this thread. I went into the repair center and they ordered a new Touch Pro for me. The one that came in though was refurbished and in worse shape than my first two. I went back the next day and they put me on a list to get a TP2 for a replacement. I was told that it could take a couple of weeks. They're getting me another Touch Pro since the one that I have is literally falling apart and I should get a TP2 when they get more in. I say all of this because they are well aware of people who just want the free upgrade and are being much more stringent (at least where I live) on offering them up.

The word on the net is that HTC doesnt even list the Touch Pro anymore just the TP2 for Sprint.
I wonder what this is going to mean for us TP1 users when ours breaks down...again

@Scoob i was just about to post that. i just came from da website lookin for the most recent rom download & Sprint Touch pro is not listed there anymore. just da sprint's diamond n touch pro2

just to confirm, the touch pro is no longer at sprint or htcs' website (note: just sprint).
