What message are you getting when you try the AE form? If you're not too concerned about getting a TP or TP2, just call up *2 and tell 'em about the problems, or take it to a store w/ a service center. From what I've noticed, it's mostly only the stores that are offering TP2s as replacements, though some have had luck w/ *2. I don't know if anyone has had success using the AE form online.
