I finally got upgraded, i walked in the store at 118pm, and walked out with a TP2 at 1:32pm. And 7min of that was me tryna get this girl number on line outside by the atm to by some grub... lol. sh** i love sprint:laughing6:, just gotta watch my account from time to time for xtra charges[-X

Doesn't everyone have crappier coverage??? (not verizon)

I'd rather have the full power of my hardware and good coverage, while also having great plan rates.

i am waiting in the rancho cucamonga i might of should of went to covina where they tied to send me. but the manger said i was on a list and i would get a call but we will see

Well a few things, it is our rights as consumers to be protected, that's why there's so many law's in place to protect us already. So if sprint's contract that we signed says that they can replace our phones with 6th hand devices that won't even be comparable to what we originally had ($500 TP vs $100 flip phone) you're ok with that? I am pretty sure a judge would have different opinions.

And I have a friend who has verizon, he got a TP and OUT OF THE BOX it was f'ed up. So he went through the exchange song and dance and even though it was new, he was still getting f'd.

Eventually, after much harassment he got the TP2 for the cost or less than the TP 1 (he ended up getting credits). That being said, because of the grandfather status of my accounts it's not beneficial to leave sprint at this point in time.

BTW, what good does being a premier do for me? What benefits do I have besides free ringtones?

i picked up my tp2 today. it was a refurb, but im fine with that. happy to be out of tp1. have to get use to keybord; no tab key, space out keys. but so far so good. wish everybody still tryin to swap good luck. ask me any questions

I believe one of the other benefits is earlier upgrade discounts. I know just after they created the Premier program and I was added to it, one of my lines which still had almost a full year left on the contract showed up as being eligible for the $150 discount as if the 2-year contract was almost up.

I want to do this, my tp keeps on freezing up....

Do I have to install a stock rom first? Secondly, I tell them my TP keeps freezing up and then they give me a phone? What's the process here?

yes, the premier program will allow you to upgrade after 12 months on your primary line.
