lol, i ment the phone is worth close to $500. And it does cost around $500 to upgrade two phones. :(

I hear ya, just wanted to post a ridiculous ad I saw while trying to find a cheap TP2.

Alright well I went into the corporate store near me today. They have two shifts of people; one I've termed the "grumpy" shift, filled with the most inconsiderate sprint workers I've ever met, and one super nice/normal shift. Thankfully the normal/nice shift was in today b/c they replaced my 2nd TP (keyboard went out) with a refurbished TP. And so far so good; though I'm not gonna lie I feel like I'm playing a waiting game til this keyboard goes out too!

So I'm happy for sure! It's no TP2 but hey, that's technically not what I bought in the first place, lol. Maybe when this one goes out?!

Took my tp to the service center from problems I was having, after about an hour of waiting I was told that they're not gonna bother with trying to fix it and instead give me the tp2!!!
Now I just gotta wait for it to come in, that made my day cant wait for it to arrive!

Ok, I have a Touch Pro. I bought it off ebay. I do have insurance through sprint for my phones I believe. My phone is chipped by the volume rocker, and cracked by the stylus, this happened from just being in my pocket. I have never replaced my touch pro or anything. Would this work for me? I really want that touch pro 2 :)

I wonder if Sprint may try to make you go through Asurion b/c they may consider it not hardware failure but physical damage...
