I've also been told as well as others that SERO is not compatable with the TP2. That too isn't "quite correct..." but the reps continue to dish it out.

I am not sure i have SERO plan, i know i have unlimted data, test, 700 mins & nights and weekends free.

Anyone have the email address for the CEO of Sprint? I would like to send him a email. I think it is crazy that I have 3 Touch pros in 5 months. I paid $500 for my first one and it died within a month!! They give me a used one after i just paid $500 for a new one and it lasted a month ](*,).

Tried to get a TP2 yesterday, rep ordered me a replacement TP. Oh well.

success stories are becoming rare now.

Has the golden river of Touch Pro2 dried up? :(

This rep told me to call Asurion since i have insurance. If i call them what should i say? Will they be willing to issue me a TP2? I had my TP brand new and it died within a month and they gave me a used one.

Sprint is just trying to pawn you off..unless your phone is water damaged or you smashed it, don't call Asurion. It's up to Sprint to repair or replace it.

Yep and avoid that $100 deductible too...

The golden river is not empty yet. A close friend got his tp2 ordered yesterday. Walked in with tp1, never been replaced since last year (2008) spoke to "his boy" and they ordered him a tp2. Its all about the rep guys. find a nice one, be paitient. Both me and him asked for the tp2 btw, but didn't make it sound like we were scamming, just frustrated with tp1 preformace and in my case, multiple trips to store. To his advantage is he is a customer of 10 years....
