PPCGeeks - Sprint replacing Touch Pro with Touch Pro 2!

Im gonna go visit the sprint stores today. My 3rd Touch Pros' touch screen no longer works. Everything looks fine, but nothing happens when tapping on the screen. Also, at least a 1/4 of the keys on the keyboard dont work. Been with Sprint for 10 years and my 2 year contract is over. Not that im gonna leave Sprint, i just hope they try to keep a long time loyal customer, happy :) I'd be more than pleased to walk outta there with a different Touch Pro, but seein' as this store/area hasn't had them for months, i'll probably have to wait 'till next week to get a refurb. Guess i'll have to see what happens.

if they tell you that the TP2 does not work on the sero they are lying to you ..it sure does ...they are trying to get rid of the SERO plans and will tell you that it wont work ...

of the lsit they gave me only 2 worked with the sero .. the tp and the snap...like i said TP2 was not even on the list ....

my guess is they have diffrent list for diffrent plans??

well i forgot to say this and it my be important ..i do not go to the store at all because they are all stupid in the store so i avoid them like the H1N1...all my dealings were with them on the phone ...

fact the list was :

tp
snap
pre
8350 BB
and another BB dont remober the model..

but only the TP and the snap work on the SERO plans ...PFFT!!
ill just keep sending the TP back till they give me what i want ...
Im gona hold on to my sero till i can no longer keep it ..but trust me it will be a fight before i give it up!

and if they force me to get out of SERO they WILL give me a sweet deal on a everything plan ..trust me on that !

Thank you Dr. I am kinda considering buying the TP2, just to end this "repair or refurb" plan i'm currently on :)

i do hope you get it flat out without having to pay because i know that sprint is swapping them out. it's just a matter of finding the right store or rep.

so is it possible to get like a pre on a sero line?
i know tp2 is but will they give it to you
