Yep, advanced exchange online will only give you a touch pro you have to go into the store.

Yea it was a very small window that they were in stock for. I can't believe I was lucky enough to get one.

I went in for Advanced Exchange and all they offered(which they admitted, hey we're trying to get ppl out of the Touch Pro), were the Blackberry Tour, the HTC Snap, or the Blackberry Curve. I said no and they went and did the keyboard removal and adjustment.

At this point, should I call Asurion again and say that I went to the repair center and they worked on it, but the issues are still lingering?

To be honest I am not sure. I was so excited when she said it was in stock I forgot to ask. Once I verbally verified I was actually getting a TP2 sent out then received the order and warehouse number I hung up before she could change her mind haha. I will let you know in a few days when it gets here.
