this is very true. you could delete a few windows files.. take it in and be like WTF?! they will ask if they can do a hard reset just say no your sick of it and you want a new phone

thats how i went from a Q to a Q9

+1 anybody havin luck without insurance? I dont have insurance but they fixed my chrome and kb about a month ago for free and Im still having issues. Do you think they will just fix it again, say im SOL, or get me a tp2?

That sounds like a terrible idea that will maybe work one out of a thousand times you try it. Most any tech will be like "Um...no, we're going to hard reset it for you. If the problem persists, then we'll give you a new phone."

Let me get this straight. You are mad with Sprint because you want them to replace a phone that you have chosen to use that was manufactured by HTC and apparently you feel it is a poorly designed product with a totally different device which is also manufactured by HTC. Why aren't you complaining and pissed at HTC!? They made the substandard product! I guess I just get a irritated when I read threads like this where people are trying to work a scam.

so let me get this straight, when you buy a computer from bestbuy, take it home and the operating system crashes, do you take it back to microsoft or bestbuy?

you buy a pair of jeans from wal-mart(i dont buy my cloths from them
) you find a big hole in the pocket, do you send it back to levi or call them? or do you go back to wal-mart.

should I go on????

People who like 24 months financing with no interest. It's free money.

Plus it's cheap. I don't personally get the desktops there; I build my own, but laptops I do. Still, I don't blame anyone who does. lol
