Message / Email Notification Window Cab?

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find a cab for the text message , email notification window that pops up at the bottom of the screen and tells you what is in the text or email that you just received. It was in mighty 6 but since its no longer supported, I decided to try other roms out and I really loved this feature.
