Re: problems after flashing the official sprint rom
Have also had some issues with the new stock rom. Gmail sync quit working but deleting the reestablishing worked for it.
Other issues were the rings for email or text just quit working. Going to "sounds" and selecting a sound for either one then click on "play" to hear it... no sound, no matters what I selected? bizarre... Did a reset of phone, now all my data's gone, but the rings are working again ... |

Re: problems after flashing the official sprint rom
I seem to have trouble getting Outlook/Messaging to launch after a while. Always after a soft reset/restart it works, but after a while sometimes nothing will launch it from anywhere on the phone.
This used to happen on occasion with the old original stock rom too, but it's happened more frequently since I've updated. |

Re: problems after flashing the official sprint rom
This new rom update has done a lot of weird things on my phone. I definitely regret flashing it. Now data turns off as soon as the phone goes to sleep. when i turn my phone to landscape the screen goes crazy with scrambled lines

Re: problems after flashing the official sprint rom
Same here except I get scrambled lines and images in both portrait and landscape modes, especially when trying to read email or text messages. Do you think it is related to flashing the rom update from HTC or do you think it's a problem with the phone itself? I hope someone can help us out with a solution.....EAGERLY waiting!

Re: problems after flashing the official sprint rom
I have no idea why it is doing this, all i know is that my phone was working perfectly with no problems since last november and as soon as i flashed sprints new rom it started going crazy. I don't have insurance on it but does anybody know whether they would fix it at the sprint store without charging me, because after all it is not my fault. Also i am up for an upgrade so I don't know if it is worth the trouble. Maybe I should just upgrade to touch pro 2.
