TV out screen as touch pad

ive been looking for an app that wile using the tv out cables the touch screen will act as a touch pad. that way we can use ower phone like a laptop. cvs has a flat dtv i think its 10" with some input jacks on it that i think would be good friends with my touch pro

Got a GPS with backup camera input, 7" screen works great with tv out for road trips...

, even have used a bt mouse with it, wish i could get a BT joystick like they have in beamers.
