TP Not Linking Caller ID with Contacts

Hello,

Ive had about 9 TP's so far (mainly keyboard issues) and on all of them, I"ve experineced the same problem. When I look at a contact's information, it adds the ( ) around the area code, and a - inbetween the numbers. When someone calls, it simply puts the numbers all bunched together.

The end result is that when someone calls me, it only shows a phone number, even though they are in my contact list. This also happens when I text someone. It will show their name when I send a text out, but as soon as they reply, it is changed to a phone number.

This is very frustrating, as it's as though I don't have any contacts saved.

I think I'm having a similar issue. Does anyone have a fix? I've adjusted the CallerID match to 7 with no results. I've added contacts after my backup and had them call and it still just shows (Unknown Caller) with their number underneath.

All my contacts are in my phone and I can make outgoing calls with no problem.

instead of writing the area code in the () just do it all bunched up it always worked by me, give it a go
