TP Not Linking Caller ID with Contacts

Hello,

Ive had about 9 TP's so far (mainly keyboard issues) and on all of them, I"ve experineced the same problem. When I look at a contact's information, it adds the ( ) around the area code, and a - inbetween the numbers. When someone calls, it simply puts the numbers all bunched together.

The end result is that when someone calls me, it only shows a phone number, even though they are in my contact list. This also happens when I text someone. It will show their name when I send a text out, but as soon as they reply, it is changed to a phone number.

This is very frustrating, as it's as though I don't have any contacts saved.
