Need help with unlocking -- stuck on tri color screen

So I followed all the steps, USB connected, Windows Mobile Device Center connected and synced, ran Hard SPL.

Once my phone reached the tri color screen it does say Security Unlocked but its stuck there. My computer went to not recognizing the device and therefore the flashing wasn't finished.

Unplugging and replugging the USB has just led to more "USB Device Not Recognized" messages and no more WMDC connection so the Hard SPL couldn't finish it's job.

I used HSPL -037 for my Sprint TP
