HTC Touch Pro Hard Resets Are So Easy

The instructions I found on the net didn't work, ended up going to a sprint store where a tech demonstrated it.

Before you begin, the phone should be off. Just to be sure, remove the battery, leave it out for a little while and put it back in before starting the process.

First you press the enter button (round key in the front) and hold that button down.

Second, press the down-volume key on the side, and hold it, while still holding the enter button.

Third, press the power button on top and hold it while still holding the other two.

Count to 5 or so after you have all three buttons pressed. If you get past five, it probably didn't work so take the battery try again from the beginning.
