Geez, I should have called support instead of gone to a store. I have a problem with my TP screen. Device is only 2 months old, and I spent way more than they are charging now or what they are charging for the TP2. Guy said I would have a replacement in a day or two (fedexed to home). I asked if he could make it a TP2, and he said "would if I could, but I can't.
Maybe they'll turn out to be out of them in the East too and need to send me an alternate. One can only hope...
