like an application or something because when i try to type with qwerty keyboard it doesnt work. i will donate to the person who gives me the best answer

i'm sorry to hear that my friend, but the touch pro came wtih faulty keyboard, so you best bet it to take it to the your nearest store to get exchange...

If your hardware keyboard is what is broken then it is a hardware issue. You will need to get it replaced to get it to work. There is a guide on here that shows you how to fix it yourself if you search. If you are talking the on screen keyboard then the one I like is finger keyboard. You can find that by searching also.
