Looking for fast loading manila .cab

I have been using DCDs manila .cab and it takes about 5min to load. Just wondering if anyone has made or knows of a faster loading manila .cab.

I prefer one with HTC HD People tab and HTC HD Weather tab if possible... Latest tf3d build (not 2.1, 2.5 or 2.6).
