Unhappy Touch Pro Screen Issues

Hey hows it going everybody? Love the fourms. Just flashed my cdma us cellular touch pro to the mightyrom. Thanks everyone for all the hard work. I plan on donating especially to the hardspl team.

Anyway a couple days ago(before I flashed the rom) I started having problems with it. This all happened overnight while charging. First touchflo3d crashed(Missed waking up for work). Then the battery wouldn't charge(when turned on). Then my screen is bright but when I use the touch screen it dims then gets brighter. Eventually I turned it off and it finally charged.

Did a hard reset same screen issue. Flashed rom same thing. As far as I can tell It only does it when I use the touch screen. If i use the pad everything is still nice and bright. Going to try a game later to make sure. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem. Tried searching the forum but didn't find anything. The phone is only 2 months old and bought it new off ebay. HTC prolly doesn't rma? Eventually will my screen go out and be ****ed? Any input would be nice.
