Verizon Diamond vs TouchPro

I've been reading the forums until this all made sense and kept reading until it got confusing again!

I'm demo-ing a VZW Diamond and TP and am looking for others to weigh in on the best phone to "customize". From what I have seen it looks like the Diamond can not be tweaked? The TP can, has the slide KB, GPS (Though have not gotten to work). The Diamond works great with WMWIFIRouter but can't get it going on TP.

TP with TouchFlo 3D is rather pokey. No, it is really pokey even after tweaking.

What I really want (need?) is:

GPS without VZW navigator aka: free
WMWIFIRouter (I own it)
TF3D
Slide KB is nice but not show stopper
YouTube Player, Business card reader, etc

I'm running out of time to return. What would you do?

i would return both, wait till friday and get the touch pro 2 since it isnt crippled like the vzw diamond and touch pro 1
