Flashed stock, relocked, now can't make calls

i need to take my phone in to get it exchanged but after i flashed the shipped rom and relocked, it won't let me make calls or use data?

did u do *228 or whatever for the initial programming?

crazy, everything that wasn't working, started working on the way to the alltel store. hopefully when i unlock and flash it will all still be working! if i get the same problem, i will try the 228-thanks!
