Phone keeps trying to connect to video out

i just got off the phone with 3 different alltel reps and when they were finally willing to send me out a refurb, it won't be getting shipped(maybe) until sept 28. is there a chance i can get one from my alltel store tomorrow? they're usually very good about exchanging devices but i'm not sure how that works exactly...
