help! direct lnk for "settings"

I installed a stupid soft that a friend gave me to expand my view but now its all giant and i cannot get to "settings" under start because the view does not reach there.

Anyone knows the lnk for "settings" or "remove programs"

i would hate to hard reset.

With keyboard open, hit Start -> Arrow Up twice (this is if you have opened program icons, once if not) -> Enter -> Tab once -> Right once -> Tab -> the hit R and it should take you to Regional Settings, then R again, and Remove Programs.

depending on where its saved you can try to activesync and go to mycomputer/mobiledevice/mobiledevice/windows/startup. if its in there just delete it from that folder then try the phone and see what happens.

If you can get to file explorer then you can run this exe file (after unzipping it) and it will give you a WM 6.1 settings menu.
