When I try I'm definitely not going through Sprint or the Asurion website. I'll be calling them up. Should get some different options.

I personally haven't had any hardware problems with my Touch Pro, anything that ever goes wrong is user servicable. I was thinking about it'd be cool for a free "upgrade" to the Touch Pro 2, but I really don't like the new keyboard since they got rid of the CTRL key. WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT, it makes it more of a phone than a computer. I always use the quick cut/copy/paste shortcuts (ex: CTRL-X, CTRL-C, CTRL-V) like on a computer
