need a lil more help with touch pro

ok had to get a touch pro yesterday had jus installed new rom on it and broke it, now i have a new one out the box. i have done everythg and can not get it to flash, i got it to unlock and the tri color screen has an SPL-0.37.0000 and the processing bar never cums up, i used psyki4 yesterday it works ok saw sum1 else using energyrom and it works better who can help me with my problem plz help if you can
