Got to the CDMA sticky for flashing and follow the instructions and you could follow the first link in my sig after you are done.

I looked through that thread and I couldn't find anything relevant, also I would have just reversed the Verizonifying instructions backwards but that thread was removed.

just flash the official sprint rom and let the sprint customizations run, that should work
