This is true. You are not limited to just the options on the popup screen. Once you close that screen you can still display anything you do on the phone.

the awesome part of this is that you can use programs like coreplayer or tcpmp to play movies on any tv instead of ur comp screen (if u like downloading dvd rips as much as i do

)

Because it'd be kind of nice to have the GUI display the quick run programs I'd like it to display for quick use. Of course, it'd be even better if the GUI would go away altogether, but is there a way to make it not display the gui but still do the TV out?
