I would say after 6+ months maybe they will replace TP with TP2. There are plenty of TP refurbs I'm sure

Everyone in here is just guessing because there is no actual date. And as for running out of tps they always do, and then will be restocked. its all luck, hopefully the day you want to replace it or the day you go to that particular store if they dont have a tp in stock at the particular time then you will get a tp2, but its all luck. Many people have had their moguls updated to tps and many haven't. my lil sis broke her mogul 2 weeks ago and they gave her another mogul, so if they still have moguls today then imagine how long you would have to wait for a tp2. So back to my original statement, its all luck depending on what day you try to order.

They are NOT replacing mogul with TP
Sprint did that for a VERY short time because their inventory was zero for moguls. They have since received a very large shipment of refurbished moguls and are replacing moguls with moguls.

Sprint Replace my daughters Mogul for the 5th time in June 09 with another mogul. I paid the $100 through ERP and got her a TP.
