How long after Sprint stopped selling the mogul did TEP replace mogul with Touch PRO?

Sprint Replace my daughters Mogul for the 5th time in June 09 with another mogul. I paid the $100 through ERP and got her a TP.

What about asurion? I thought they only replace with new phones, no refurbs? Is that true?

ive had about 7 replacements ever... twice with a TP and everytime but this last time, theyve always been NIBs, which sprint paid for
