I wonder if T-Mobile is doing well selling their TP2 at $350 that sprint decided to emulate them.

Ouch!!!! Does Sprint really want to sell this phones? or do they just want to say they have them??? The way their customer service is I don't think I'll be jumping ship with this one until I see a price drop.

Oh yeah....that was the nail in the coffin for me. Definitely not getting the TP2 anytime soon now.

Do they really just hand people a TP2 when the your TP breaks? if that was the case people will purposely break it and save a bunch so i doubt itll be that easy

What i did with mogul - TP is told them I had to swap my mogul for another one over 7 times because of different problems thats my plan since i had 5 replacement TP

but yeah 350 with 2 years and after 100 rebates thats just crazy

vzw does...
but they may be getting a bit more strict with it...considering people like me are on their 8th touch pro since april and still prone to issues
they may give factory refurbs as new devices for the phone exchange
I can't say sprint will do the same but verizon will for sure

yeah thats what i had to do is wait for someone to return there TP and then ill be able to exchange it

But it tooks months since no one wanted to replace the TP lucky for me i have someone that works @ sprint so I can get a new TP2 when it comes out
