Problem relocking CDMA Touch Pro

Hi,

I have a verizon Touch Pro which I have to return as the screen started doing some seriously strange things. I installed the stock rom, followed through with the relocker which completed successfully. However, even after a hard reset, if I hold the power button + vol. down + reset, I still get the security unlocked screen. Is this normal?

It reads out on the tricolor screen:

Security Unlocked

RAPH500
SPL-0.35.0000
MicroP-Raph (LED) v8182
MicroP-Raph (KEY) v0682
PSOC-Raph STAGE-EVT v20

LMAO, sorry man...

but that means its locked...

if u reaally need to be sure... just unlock it again, takes 2 seconds...u dont have to flash.. check bootloader..should say cmonex or what have you.. then relock it...youll see the difference

it always says "Security Unlocked" at the top of the bootloader screen.
you have to look at your spl version to tell.
0.35.0000 = locked
0.35.cmonex = unlocked
so, like boredandtattooed said, your phone is locked
