selecting multiple contacts

Is there a way to select mutiple contacts when filling out text messages or email. It's getting really annoying that I have to select each contact individually, ecspecially when I have a mas e-mail to send out.

Please help! Im pulling my hair out on this one!

just start typing the name, itll pop up

I believe its 50. But you can use a distribution list in Outlook at least for the email. But keep in mind some mail servers consider mail with more than 25 or 50 recipients to be spam.
For texts if the distribution list doesn't work, there's always below.
