Buttons layout Config Not Working

I Just Recently updated my Rom wich was the Older Energy Rom to the New One and the only Problem i am having is that the New rom Wont Let me Configure my Bottons even tho the menu is availible i was wondering if this was a seperate program i can just reinstall over the one that was cooked in the rom or do i have to completely change my rom back to the old one because without the dedicated txt button and the option to change the msg button to my IM i am kinda lost thx in advance
