My Screen is getting "Choppy" all the time

Yep, 4 weeks. Went into Bell store, showed the rep the phone, and he ordered a new one and told me mine would arrive in mail in 5-10 business days and to send the old one back in the same box. Waited 14 business days, and called Bell Customer Service to find out status. They said they don't deal with that, and to phone the store. Phoned store to confirm the order was placed, and it was. Was told that they had no other info but it should be arriving soon hopefully. That was 10 days ago or so.

but unfortunantly Sprint accidentally sent me 3 phones and sent back two, but apparently if they send u 3 u cant get any more(????) so i have to go to a repair shop
