Does anyone have a cab for an ruu. Trying to flash a rom that doesnt have a custom ruu

The RUU isnt in cab format, it shouldnt be, you can dl RUU from here

i dint mean cab. i meant to keep on my desktop to drag an nbh into there such as jd's new rom

tried it. so is this a way you have to flash through your phone withan sd card? im not understanding why it s flashing into my phone. sorry just not getting it
