mms not uploading to other phones after flash

when I send an mms message to someone, my tp says the message is sent, but the person that i sent it to never gets the pics. they can receive regular text msgs but that's it..

well thats not necc an issue with your device...

your phone is sending out...their phone is not receiving... that doesnt mean its your problem...

it doesn't make sense that they can recieve my text but not any multimedia

gotta ask yourself what are you sending them also.. what kind of devices r they using... your phone says eveything is ok, that doesnt happen alot, especially in the mms dept... when it messes up on our end it usually wont stop saying "sending message".. it would be unusal for it to tell you it sent on your end... if it was you, youd get an error, a timeout pop up, sending messages would still be visible, something...

different phones have different mms abilities... your ROM mightve had the reg edit in it that sets a higher send/receivce ablity when it comes to the file size... maybe your sending them something bigger than their phone by default can handle...

im not saying this has to be the issue, its just a possibility

yea i can send up to 500k, and i compressed a photo to 53k then sent it

try dialing *228 1 (let it reset) then dial *228 2....

It sounds like arcsoft isn't configured properly. Reprogramming the phone will fix that!
