Is it unlocked and flashed?

Remove battery and replace. Hold down the round center button in middle, press the volume down button and then press power button and hold all 3 til screen turns grey with blue letters. It will tell you what to do from there.

Or you can remove your sd card, hold volume down and power button at same time. It will give you a 4 color screen red, green, blue, and white. if at varry top in red letters it says security unlocked and below that you see SPL-0.37 or higher (no 1.00 or higher as it is wrong spl and will cause more probs) then hook up to your pc and reflash any rom. If it is locked, you need to flash a stock rom of your carrier.
