Custom start Menu Icons?

Is there anyway that i can change the icons on some of the shortcuts that are already there? for example, when i create a new folder, is ther any way i can change the icon for the new folder to a, let's say, vista lookin folder. i hope it doesnt involve and major tweakin but I'd be down to learn. I FORGOT whats the name of the ROM im currently usin but i do know its jakdillard's. I hope someone can help me with this.

check out showaco's restart, it does it for you very easy. No need for reg edits.

Will that also work on WM 6.1???

oh didnt know you were running 6.1, sorry it does not, only 6.5. Im not really sure how to customize 6.1 icons, havent run 6.1 in a long time

oh ok ha ha. Well I go back and forth.( I really like your work) But I was curios as I see several cooks adding their own icons to the start menu either on 6.1 and 6.5.

thanks man, well for 6.1 i can ask a buddy how he does, for 6.5 restart is the way to go, you can also do it via reg edit [the way i do it].
